of Diesel Generators and it is one of the fastest growing company with its base in

UAE & India.

It caters to the MENA region & has a ambitious plan of expanding in to ASEA

Minor & Russia region.

Sailor brings with it over 35 years of Industrial Experience in the space of Design,

manufacture , Assemble, Test , Commission , Repair & maintenance of Diesel

Generators, LV Panels, ATS Panels, Synchronization Panels & so on.

It has also some unique products those are environment friendly & saves cost.

Manufactured at ISO 9000 facilities.

20 to 2500 kVA DG Sets manufactured in UAE under our engineering supervision.

We Largely assemble sets with PERKINS UK - Engine & Leroy Somer – France

alternators.

Based on our customer requirement we also use ‘meccalte’ Or ‘LINZ’ alternators also.

All Brand new Original Europe Make.

CONSIDERATIONS

• Sailor international ensures the Engine –

Alternator assemblies are mounted on a strong

base frame with optimum design which are

specific to every assembly.

• High Quality of Anti vibration pads ensures

vibrations are minimized to acceptable levels.

• Skid mounted Fuel tank with level gauges ,

convenient fuel filling pipes are some important

aspects of our Assemblies.

• Silencer-Muffler is of design to take care of high

temperatures of exhausts & are long lasting.

• Panel mounted on the skid stand in

ergonomically correct position.

• Lifting points available for the Skids.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS:

• Enclosure are designed to take care of

harsh weather conditions using steel

structure & sheets. They are coated with

special paint to ensure they last long.

• The acoustics are designed to ensures

attenuation level up to 75 dB at 1 Met.

CONTROL – PANELS, ATS & SYNCHRONIZATION

CONTROL - PANELS:

• Sailor International ensures your Generator is controlled by

best in class ‘Deep Sea’ DSE controllers. The type of

controller chosen depending on the application

ATS PANEL:

• Auto Transfer Switch is designed to pick up main power

failure signal & operate the Contactor, MCCB, ACB as the

case may be. It starts Generator, monitors speed & at rated

speed transfers load within seconds without operator

interference. One can adjust the time between 1 to 10

seconds for transfer of load. Panel range is based on Load

& Generator. Ratings between 16 to 3200 Amperes.

• We are well equipped to provide MV (11 kV Generators).

SYNCHRONIZATION PANELS:

• In order to synchronize more than one generator or bank

of generators to cater to the variable load requirements of

our client SAILOR provides Synchronization panels.

• These panels are made with logics in order to get fuel

efficiency & load management for the specific needs of our

client.
