Example for a X3 customer :Customer x is having people working in Asia that ship products by boats to North America. These people does not have access to X3 directly but they do have a shipping system where the X3 PO number exist as a field. So when they enter in their system the boat number, container number, ship date, etc… the DataSync could simply take that information and update the required fields in X3.

Example 2 for a X3 customer :Customer y is having a third party system where he need to maintain manually the list of items. With the DataSync, as soon as an item is created or modified in X3 it will update the third party.

Example 3 for a X3 customer :Customer z is having a Google Sheet with all the products or customers where he maintain the descriptions and categorization.The DataSync module will read the Google Sheet and update the X3 items and customers accordingly.

Example for a X3 customer :Customer x is currently having MYOB, Sage 300, or any other ERP and he just purchased Sage X3. With the new DataSync module he will be able to simply generate CSV file in the proper format for his current existing customers, items, suppliers, etc.. from that legacy system, transform them if required and import them in Sage X3 with the standard import templates of X3.

A good example of the Transformation could be :- Unit of measures from Sage 300 (Kgs. KG, Lbs. LB)- Country code (United States US, etc…)- Item Structure (ITM-01-01 FIN0101, etc…)- And many more…

Example 2 for a X3 customer :Simply generate a CSV file that will contains all the X3 Inventory that need to be ingest by a third party, the CSV needs to be generate a specific way as well as transforming some value in order to be ingest properly by this third party.
