Log In

First Time Log In for PIN Only UsersThePinOnlyUserCodeisaneightdigitnumber;thefirsttwodigitsaretheuserIDnumber,inexample,user01,followedbythesixdigitpinnumber,factorypreprogrammedas1,1,1,1,1,1.Thesystemwillpromptforachangeofthispinnumberatyourfirstlogin.

1. StartbyenteringtheUser2-digitIDNumber,followedbythefactoryPIN 1,1,1,1,1,1.PressENTER/SAVE.

2. Screenwilldisplayaprompttochangeyourpin,pressEntertochangethePin.Enteryournew6-digitPIN.PressENTER/SAVE.

3. Screenwilldisplay“ConfirmNewPIN”,entersame6digits.PressENTER/SAVE.4. ScreenwillthenreverttotheMainMenu,andyourPinhasnowbeenchanged.

Afterthefirstloginiscompleteandthefactoryuserpinhasbeenchangedtoapersonalpin,futureloginwillonlyrequirethe2-digitUserIDfollowedbythe6-digitpersonalpintoaccesstheMainMenu.

For Key Users: First Time Log In with KEY and PIN

TheKeyreplacesthe2-digituserIDwhenenteringyourPINCode.

1. PresentKeytothereaderport.2. EnterfactoryPIN1,1,1,1,1,1,andfollowsameinstructionsasabovetochange

thefactoryPin.Oncecomplete,futureloginwillonlyrequirepresentingyourkeyfirstandenteringthe6-digitpersonalpintoaccessthemainmenu.

To Open Doors

1.LogIntoaccessmainmenu2.Pressthesoftgreykeybelowthe“OpenDoor#”desired.2a. (Optional)Press1forDoors,thenpresstheDoor#desiredandpressEnter.If

authorizedtoopendoors,accesswillbegranted.

If a door is programmed with Time Delay:

1. FollowthesamestepsasabovetologinandaccessDoorsMenu.2. Ifthedoorselectedhastimedelay,waitfortheTimeDelaycountertoreachthe

presetvaluecountingup.4. Thescreenwilldisplay“LogintoOpen”withacountdownofthetimetoLogin

again.ProceedwithLoginbeforethetimerexpiresandopendoor.

Changing PIN

1. Login.2. Press3-Admin.3. Press5-ChangeYourPin.Enteryourold6-digitPin,pressEnter4. Enteranew6-digitPIN.5. Enterthesame6digitstoconfirm,pressEnter.

Thescreenwillrevertbacktothemenu,yourpinhasbeenchanged.

Adding Users (Restricted to Authorized User Levels)

1. Login.2. Press3-Admin.3. Press1-UserManagement4. Press1-AddNewUser5. SelectValidationMode,PinOnly,KeyOnly,orKeyandPin. *IfPinOnly,payattentiontothe2-digitI.D.number.Thatwillberequiredalong

withthe6-digitPINnumber. *IfaddingaUserwithakey,presentkey6. EnterUser’sname,pressEnterwhenfinished.

7. SelectUserProfilebypressing1,thenthe“<or>greysoft-keys”tochooseprofiles(i.e.Cashier,Manager,etc.).PressEnter/SaveKey.

8 Ifapplicable,selectanydoorpermissions,i.e.,OpenSafeDoorsandAuthorizeTimeDelayBypass.PressthelistnumberassociatedwiththeapplicablesubmenudesiredtoaccessthepermissionsandpressYes/Nobuttonperdesiredselection.

9. HitEntertoexitthemenu,save,andfinallyentertoconfirminformationandsuccessfullyaddtheuser.

Deleting Users (Restricted to Authorized User Levels)

1. Login.2. Press3-Admin.3. Press1-UserManagement4. Press3-DeleteUser5. SelectUserbypressingthelistnumber(note,theuserIDnumberisadjacentto

therightofthelistnumber,youmustchoosethelistnumberintheorderthatitappearstoselectthecorrectuser).Youcanpressthe“<or>greysoft-keystoaccessadditionalusersinthelist.

6. Onceuserisselected,Press“greysoft-key”underYEStodeletethatUser.

Aconfirmationwillappear.
