INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND ACCESS CONTROLOpscom gives better control of minor occurrences, identifies hazards and improves risk management. The solution provides every stakeholder at the aerodrome with a common platform for their day to day operation and safety work. There is no practical limitation to the number of users or the amount of information stored in Opscom. We improve risk management by reducing the amount of excess information.
Opscom aerodrome is a web-based solution, supporting airside operations and management requirements based on ICAO SMS Doc.9859/2013, ISO 31000, EASA 139/2014 and EASA 376/2014.

HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK MANAGEMENT IN A 360° PERSPECTIVE
STARTING PROCESSDepending on the present state of the aerodrome and the systems already in place, we recommend that the standard start-up package is module 1-4. To ensure a smooth introduction for the end user, the APP module
(module 9) can be added to the start-up package. Additional modules can be added at a later stage. The process of implementing Opscom depends largely on the size and complexity of the airport, the resources allocated to
the process and the type of systems already in place. We can provide support in the start-up process directly or through our partners.
1. OCCURRENCE REPORTING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND FOLLOW-UP OF REPORTED EVENTSChoose from several Opscom interfaces for reporting, depending on your own requirement. You can also manage task handling, environmental reporting, and duty and visitors journals. The module also includes statistics, safety-performance indicators (SPI) and key-performance indicators (KPI), and a complete user admin and management set-up of relevant parameters.”
2. AERODROME OPERATIONSThis is done with the help of an advanced inspection and control function. The module also includes very flexible safety assurance forms. All relevant statistics are included.
3. HAZARD ID, RISK MANAGEMENT AND MITIGATIONA module based on the latest input from ICAO and EASA. It provides proactive and innovative support for an aviation entity in hazard identification and the managing of risks.
4. DOCUMENT CONTROL AND PUBLICATION The module takes care of your internal information logistics. This includes external sources, activity overview and alerts. The personnel recall function can be expanded to be a useful part of the aerodrome’s emergency response plan (ERP).
5. AUDITING AND AUDIT FINDING MANAGEMENTThe auditing principles are based on ISO 19011 standard and the IOASA practices for airline auditing.
6. TRAINING RECORDS, CERTIFICATE AND COMPETENCY MANAGEMENT The module gives all departments of an aerodrome a complete overview of the individual set of skills and competencies of all employees. The module also allows you to monitor and follow up on recurrent training of individuals or teams.
7. DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT TOOL (CMT) This module supports the Compliance Manager with the organising of internal procedures, with identifying the relevant authority regulations and with handling the necessary connections between the two. All non-compliant or partially compliant findings are rectified within the module, which also works as a platform for performing compliance work across departments or a number of different stakeholders at the airport.
8. DUTY PLANNING AND ROSTER SUPPORT Provides work schedules for all departments. The module also allows for the monitoring of logged working hours.
9. APP USER INTERFACE WITH AN ELECTRONIC OFFICE BAG AND OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY A suite of APP user interfaces that makes Opscom easy to use. The APPs can be run with all mainstream mobile operating systems.
