    Material Installed :

    AMC150/M_ + DAV + ASF + DPI + BPA + CPP + EM150 + RC150 + NSE150 and NSR150

prudhomme S.a thanks you for choosing products from its « System lock » device to equip your installation. Before any activation, please

make then check the following connections

Your power supply box AMC150/M was delivered to you pre wired with the “CPP” button (V

entry) and eventually the BPA (the alarm stop) and the “BPR” option button (Reset). Before

releasing any power, thanks for connecting the other element as shown and scheme card.

    Installing :

    - Install the xation kit NSR (receptor support) on the guide rail. If you have round guides, x the xation kit directly on

the wall then x the receptor and its support.

    - Install the xation kit NSE150 (transmitter support) on the roof of the cab, x the emitter on its support. The latest has to

be placed at a distance of 30 to 50 cm of the receptor.

    - Install the ASF support on the wall then insert the ASF box in it.

Warning : Please note that for security purpose, the norm requires that they x the ASF box

(in the shaft) on the wall facing the free way or on the wall facing of the lock.

    - Install the DPI kit (by opening door detector) according to the installation notice delivered with the material. The reading

head of the DPI has to be at a distance of 7 mm maximum according to the door.

    - Place the CPP, the BPA and BPR (Reset) next to the AMC150 in the machinery.

    Connecting :

    In the shaft :

    - Connect both ASF modules together (a 4.50m extension has been supplied or a 8m extension

in case of double levels or even or uneven set of elevators)

    - Connect each DPI (connector with 3 orange dots on “opening door”) in its respective ASF.

    - Unplugg the connectors “x1” and “x2” if they were plugged.

    - Connect the DAV contact with its respective ASF (connector 2 green terminal on the “DAV/1400 contact”).

    - From your controller, put a signal brake into the AMC (contact NO or NF on the F entry).

    - Connect the electromagnet with the respective ASF (Connector 2 black terminal on “DAV electromagnet”)

    - From the roof of the cab, put a inspection signal into the AMC150 (NO contact on the P entry).

    - If you have an alarm on the fl oor (SIC), connect this one to the “deported Flash” (Connector 3 green point).

    - Connect the control chain of the AMC (Exit L) in series in the controller to the security chain (after the locking contact).

    - Connect the transmitter on 2 fl at cable wires (free of potential).

    - Connect the power supply of the ASF (extra-longer 9 meters of the last ASF to the amc150 : blue connector).

    - Plug the connector back “x2” then the connector “x1” (220V ac).

Given that for the transmitter and the ASF, we work with lower power, you have to separate the cir-

cuits with high power and the circuits with low power to avoid static.

    In machinery :

    Activating :

When releasing the power, the AMC will bip. That is normal, it is initialising.

    - If you use a DAV_00 (blocked on power). when releasing the power, the DAV are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to unlock

    with a triangular key.

    - If you use a DAV_50 (blocked off power) ; when releasing the power, the DAV remain blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to

    unlock the triangular key.

In both cases, to unlock the DAV, it is necessary to push the CPP button (fi reman button).

    Functioning,

    - Functioning system of the alarm;

The alarm system “ASF” has 2 functioning modes : the mode “all or nothing” and the “auto maintenance” mode. If when the

alarm rings you close the door, the alarm stops ringing : you are then in “all or nothing” mode.

If when the alarm rings, you close the door and the alarm keeps on ringing then you are in “auto maintenance” mode. The-

refore, to stop the alarm, you have to go up to the machinery and push the alarm button (BPA). The mode change in the

functioning, occurs by the transposition of the staple «SV1» on the ASF.

    - Functioning of the backup system (batteries)

During a power cut, the system automatically goes on emergency functioning (batteries). The box AMC150 bips every 15

seconds to signal that the installation is in emergency functioning. The spare batteries have an autonomy of two hours mini-

mum, therefore the installation can continue to work after a power cut during two hours. The batteries can be solicited up to

24V. Under that 24V limit the box will make a bip to signal that the batteries are low.

    - During an intervention on the installation

For an intervention under 30 min push the CPP button. This action will enable you to unlock the anti-locking module of the

    installation.

At this moment, you will be able to insert your triangular key and unlock. If you wanted to reactivate the system before the end

of the 30 min, push the “BPR» (RESET) button that on top of the feeding box.

For an over 30 min intervention, shift to “inspection mode” after making a connection as described (in point 3). In that case the

system will remain unlocked during the whole inspection.

At the end of your intervention, put yourself in “mode normal” way to turn the system back on.

At the shifting to “normal mode”, you have 45 seconds to shut the landing door. Then the system will reactivate automatically.

    - Check the fuse and the bridge in the alarm box.- Take it out of its spot to test it.- If necessary, change the fuse with another one of the same calibre. - If you do not have a remote alarm on the fl oor, check the presence of the bridge between the terminals “–“ and “AL” in the ASF. - Make sure that the DAV is blocked to its initial position.- Make sur that the receiver of the level concerned turns on when the transmitter sends its signal.- Make sure they line up perfectly and are minimum 30 cm away from one another.

    - Check the fuse in the alarm box. Take it off its spot to test it..- If necessary, change the fuse with another one of the same calibre.- Check the presence of the bridge on the last ASF.

    - Check the fuse and the bridge in the ASF.- Check the position of the door contact “DPI”. Its head of the sensor has to be 5mm away from the obstable to detect.

When the switch on, the fuse F2 blows

The DAV are locked, the alarm in the shaft goes off

In the shaft, an ASF goes off continuously.

I have an ASF that is ringing. When I push the alarm stop button BPA in the machinery, it stops and a soon as I let it go, it goes off again.
