Pray For Our Sick. Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the
sick members of our community, especially,
The Pierik Family, Paul Weber, Harold
Dentinger, Joan Miller, Clara Ruetz, Lloyd Gutscher, Leo Al, Tony Wagner, Fr. David
Weise, Ron Chesney, Marilyn Cassidy, Ray Giesler, Bill Seigner Sr., Robert Gay, Carolyn Weise, Alf Kieffer, Rob Lambertus,
Rosemary O’Hara, John Garvey, Paul Dales Jr., Rob Schurter, Marlene Self, Gerald Grubb & Florence Bross and for all
who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find
consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy
as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies
whole and free downcast spirits. May these people find
lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in
thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the
Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

During Ordinary Time, the Church celebrates the
fullness of the mystery of the Lord Jesus. The people of
God offer praise by celebrating the Paschal Mystery of
the death and resurrection of Jesus.
On Sunday, The Lord’s Day, God assembles us to hear
the Word, to reflect upon it, to offer the living sacrifice
of praise, and to eat and drink the banquet of the Lord.
We are then sent forth to proclaim God’s love by our
words and actions.
Prayer for Ordinary Time
God of Eternity
As I walk the path of Ordinary Time help me to
count the many ways you are present ~
In the coming and goings of family, friends,
coworkers, and acquaintances;
In the sounds of summer and the beauty of your
magnificent creation;
In the daily routines and responsibilities that
make up the rhythm of my days.
Make all time extra-ordinary as I seek to
become more attuned to your presence.
Amen.
REFLECTION:
Do you have any “blanks” in your life causing you
pain or frustration? Release them in prayer today to
God — thanking Him that He knows
exactly how to fill them in.

The Municipality of Brockton and the Walkerton fire
department are trying to remind home owners to test their
smoke and carbon monoxide alarms monthly. Ensuring
that the battery is fresh and that the alarm is in operating
condition is a quick easy way to ensure that you and your
family will have the time needed to exit the building in
the case of a an emergency. If you or someone you know
may have difficulties conducting the alarm tests or have
questions regarding how many alarms are needed or
where they should be located the Fire Prevention Officer
would be happy to conduct a smoke alarm check free of
charge upon request or answer any questions you may
have.
Thank You and stay safe,
Sincerely,
