Eng: Abdulaziz M.Alfawaz.B.S., Industrial Engineering from King Saud University Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 1992Age: 39 year, marriage and have 4 chilled.Over 13 years of experience in Petrochemical and Power plants companies. Work in SWCC Jubail Desalination and Power plants from year 1992 till Nov 1998 in maintenance and Maintenance planning.Nov 1998– Sept 2004. Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ-SABIC Affiliates) worked on Maintenance Planning Chief position in reliability department.Sept 2004 – March 2007 worked as Maintenance manger at Polyethylene Maintenance department at SHARQ.Now working as a department manger in Product Quality Assurance department (PQA). (SHARQ)

One of the SMART SABIC strategies is to introduce synergizing concept among SABIC affiliates.

MNSC was formed in November 1999 by STC along with 17 other subcommittees.

MNSC developed a charter includes vision and mission and objectives.

The MNSC met 36 times over the last 7 years.

MNSC organized and conducted many technical presentations in different maintenance aspects.

To develop, promote and share maintenance Best Practices and Resources in all

maintenance functions through optimum utilization of all available maintenance

resources and the use of the latest technology, while promoting safety, Health

and Environmental .

INTRODUCTION

MPI have a significant impact on the plant reliability of any Petrochemical complex.

Highlight opportunities for improvement and use to analyze the problems .

MNSC form a team to come up with a list of Common MPI among Sabic affiliates.

The team consists of 12 members from different Sabic affiliates.

started this task on March 2001.

To develop Maintenance Performance Indicators among Sabic affiliates (SMPI) to help in transferring and sharing the best maintenance practices.

Now we are in MNSC are working on measuring the KPI utilization and improving SAP reports to reach to full automation of SMPI.

Lately SABIC established a Sabic Excellency Center and lunched the STRP4 Project to promote the reliability on all sabic plants.
