GUIDELINES
Theme: Light in Service, Service as LightGod who said, let the
light shine out of darkness, has also made the light shine
in our hearts to radiate and make known the glory of God, as it
shines in the face
of Christ.
However, we carry this treasure in vessels of clay, so that this
all-surpassing
power may not be seen as ours but as Gods. 2 Corinthian
4:6-7
Objective:
To seek out and recognize 100 Agnesian alumni who have
distinguished themselves inthe service of humanity and can thus
serve as testaments of the earlier generations,and as beacons of
hope to the younger and upcoming generations.
Eligibility:
The nominee should have graduated from the Elementary and/or
High School at St.Agnes Academy with at least four (4) years
residency, from 1923 to 2002.
Criteria:
The nominee should be outstanding in any of the following
categories:
Church
Home Government service Humanities
Education
Science & Technology
Medicine Business and Industry
Social Development and Advocacy Sports, Music, Media
Environment and Agriculture

The search shall be guided by the following:
the motivating forcereflects the spirit of Ora et Labora
the endeavor shows consistency and continuity over a period of
time
the impact in the lives of people and the community can be
recognized

Initially the nomination may be made by email to

upon receipt of the Nomination Form andsupporting documents in one
(1) original and seven (7) copies.
Aside from the Nominator, nominations must be supported,
attested to andsigned by two (2) other Agnesians who have first
hand and personal knowledgeof the nominee,and who are not related
to the nominee by blood or marriage.
Members of the Search, and Selection Committees cannot nominate
nor benominated.
