Referees

On arrival can all nominated referees from each club must report to the event control at the Gloucester Rugby gazebo located at the top of the venue.

All clubs MUST provide a suitably qualified referee. They will then be allocated to games within their own pool, but not games involving their own club.

Changing Room Facilities: There is no access to changing rooms on the day; it is advised that teams turn up in kit, as this will avoid any delays.

Unfortunately there are no shower facilities available.

Parking:

Parking is available for parents/spectators on the humpty dumpty field, located near the bacon theatre in Dean Close. (See Map)

Parking is available for team mini busses at the prep school which is then only a short walk through the prep school to the pitches, I would advise that team gazebos/tents are on the busses as this will make it easier to move to the pitches on the day. The postcode for the prep school is GL51 6QS.

Parking is free of charge at this event.
