Natural Family Planning A Natural Family Planning Class will be

held on Sunday, May 6th, from 9:00am

to 12:15pm in the Deanery Resource

Center at St. Louis. There is a $40.00

fee for books and materials. For

Baptism Preparation Class The Baptism preparation class is for

parents who are having their first child

Baptized. The next class will be offered

on Tuesday, April 17th at 7:00pm in the

Deanery Resource Center at St. Louis.

Adoration Chapel The open hours for the

Adoration Chapel are:

Sunday – 8:00am,

11:00am, 12:00pm,

2:00pm, 5:00pm;

Monday – 3:00am;

Friday – 1:00pm

If you are able to sub for

one of these open hours, please sign

up outside the Adoration Chapel. If you

are able to fill an open hour, call Christy

Fr. Stan’s Book Club The next book for the book club will be

“The Abolition of Man,” by C.S. Lewis.

Copies of the book are available in the

parish office.

Parish Pictorial Directory Sign-Ups Volunteers will be in the back of church after all Masses

every weekend in April to schedule parishioners to

have their picture taken for our new parish pictorial

directory.

To schedule your photography appointment online,

simply go to www.ucdir.com, click on schedule your photography session on the

right side, enter in1470 in the Church Code field and enter smile1 the Church

Password field. Follow the prompts to schedule your family’s appointment time. If

you have 6 or more in your family please use 2 consecutive time slots. The online

scheduling option is available Monday through Friday. Appointments fill up

quickly, so schedule as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

St. Louis/St. Anthony Haiti Ministry The next St. Anthony-St. Louis mission trip to Gandou, Haiti, is coming up soon,

June 19-27. We will have several St. Louis parishioners on this trip, but we are in

great need of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners, dentists, dental

hygienists, and anyone who would like to go and serve the very poor. Your help

can have a huge impact on the lives of the people there. The experience is

unforgettable and life-changing. Please consider joining this June trip. Visit

10th Annual St. Louis Cardinal Crawl 5K Saturday, April 21st—Race Day registration begins at 8:00am;

5KRun/Walk starts at 9:00am. $15/person; $40/family

Registration forms are available at the parish or school office.

School Uniform Exchange Dates The Uniform Exchange will be open Saturday, April 7 - 10:00am—11:00am; and

Monday, April 16 - 3:15pm—3:45pm. The Uniform Exchange is located upstairs in

the St. Louis Preschool Building.

Scholarship Information Father Herculan Scholarship Available to any 8th grade student who will be attending a Catholic High School.

Essay due to the Parish Office by April 13th.

Criteria for the essay:

1. How have you given of your time,

talent, and treasure to St. Louis Parish and to the community?

2. Explain your financial assistance need.

Confirmation for Baptized Catholic Adults Active Catholics who have not yet been Confirmed are strongly encouraged to

receive this sacrament at the annual Adult Confirmation taking place on Sunday,

May 20th at 10:30am at Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral in Indianapolis. If you

are a Baptized Catholic, age 18 or over, and wish to be Confirmed, please contact

Samaritans Group Samaritans Group is a group of people from St. Louis, St. Anthony, and St. Nicholas

Parishes who have joined together to help local needy residents with home repairs.

If you or someone you know needs home repairs or access improvements done but

cannot afford to pay for them, please call Barry Lecher 812-933-0452 or Dave

Meyer 812-934-5457, or email [email protected]. We also

encourage you to call if you are interested in joining Samaritans Group to assist

our less fortunate neighbors. All skill levels welcome. Training provided if needed.
