INTRODUCTION Project development and planning is the initial stages in any property development process. 

In order to produce knowledgeable HBP students as well as to strengthen the credibility of their profession, the students will be exposed to the real‐life experiences in project development, planning practice, tender supply process and its implementation in developing a site.

Throughout the course, the students will be exposed to experiential learning on the properties development concept, planning processes, procedures and practices in property development.

INTRODUCTION Students will have the ‘hands‐on’ know‐how in conducting site assessment and survey as part of their data collection, analyzing and evaluating the data, and ultimately preparing a Development Proposal Report for the assigned development. 

This skill is very significant to the HBP students, as it will facilitate them to expand their understanding on how development is being planned and developed from the earliest stage which will benefit Building Technology, Building Surveying, Construction Management and Quantity Surveyingstudents holistically.

to execute site survey and site analysis systematically.

to produce suitable method of properties development and determine its suitability for planning works which alliance withproject requirements.

to access and prepare concept and layout plans which correspond and coherence with project necessities.

to report findings in collective way regarding the properties development which suitable with the propose location.

to prepare proposal of properties development concept in detail.
