Concrete Slabs

PR100 Primer Primer Spray a thin layer on the concrete 5m²/LBR500 Brush/SP550 Spray First coat Brush/spray to a thickness of 1mm 1m²/LBR500 Brush/SP550 Spray Second coat Brush/spray to a thickness of 1mm 1m²/LCan be sprayed in one application at 2L/m² See with use of AC100 ActivatorTC800 Topcoat Apply 2 coats Brush/spray to a thickness

of150mic wet per coat6m²/L per

coatTC800/BA850 can be sprayed in one application at 3m²/L

Where slab meets parapet apply Rubaro by Brush 100mm horizontal and 100mm vertical to a thickness of2mm.

Apply Rubaro spray or Brush to the entire concrete slab including the slab ends to a DFT (dry film thickness) of 2mm.

The Parapet walls can be coated by Rubaro to a thickness of 2mm(2L/m²) Prepare a scratch coat [Plasterbond(1L);Cemenet(1kg);Sand(2kg)]- Mix to a loose slurry Brush a thin layer of the slurry onto Rubaro with a block brush. Allow to Dry Apply tiles using a acrilic adhesive If a cement powder adhesive is used; mix 2L of plasterbond into 10kg of adhesive with water.

USE OF THE AC10 ACTIVATOR: Mix 1kg AC10 activator with 9L of tap

water(1:9). Activator solution is sprayed at a ratio of

(1:10) I.E 1L Activator Solution to 10L of product.
