NEFTEPROMMASH is a leading Russian company manufacturing oil & gas wellhead andBOP equipment. The company uses state-of-the-art technologies and has a strong pro-duction capacity. It was founded in 1968 and is based in Tyumen.

The main area of activity for NEFTEPROMMASH is fabrication of equipment for the oil and-gas production industry. The production facilities of the factory allow it to perform com-plete process cycles. These include facilities for:

Tool making; —Assembly; —Production of rubber goods; —All types of welding; —Machining and heat treatment; —Painting and electroplating. —

The factory manufactures equipment for the oil and gas industry.

Equipment for oil and gas production:Wellhead equipment (X-mas tree assemblies, wellhead assemblies); —Valves (gate valves, choke valves, throttles, check valves). —

Servisnaya Burovaya Kompaniya LLC (SBK LLC) was established in 2001 on the basis of Sutorminskoye and Kholmogorskoye drilling offices of Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegas JSC and Oil&Gas Exploratory Expedition.

The company offers a wide range of drilling services in the oil and gas industry, uses best available technologies from the point of view of safety and environmental protection and ef-ficiency and has sufficient resources and strong potential to achieve the set goals and tasks. SBK LLC is able to perform turn-key operations.

The company has licenses for operation of explosion hazardous facilities and provides the following services:

construction of oil and gas production wells including vertical, directional and horizontal —wells;construction of exploratory and prospecting/appraisal wells; —construction of injection and water supply wells; —core sampling; —well completion. —

The company currently employs 29 in-house drilling crews and 11 outsourced crews (via personnel leasing).

The rig fleet includes 52 production drilling rigs and 19 rigs for exploration drilling; the fleet includes 7 BU 4000 EK BM drilling rigs having a 250 t load capacity, and five BU 5000/320 EK-BMCh drilling rigs with a 320 t load capacity.

Servisnaya Burovaya Kompaniya is conducting an extensive program to modernize its equipment fleet. Since the beginning of 2013, 20 drilling rigs are being upgraded: drilling rigs are equipped with modern high-technology equipment – F-1600 L variable frequency drivepumps, Derrick cleaning systems, Canrig 6027 and Bentec TD 275 top drive systems. Most of the equipment has been placed into operation.

Servisnaya Burovaya Kompaniya is certified for compliance with International Quality Man-agement Standard ISO 9001:2008.

SBK runs its business in the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Districts,and Tomsk Region.

Servisnaya Transportnaya Kompaniya (STK) was established in 2003 after its separation from Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz.

STK provides the following services:Well cementing; —Remedial cementing; —Analysis of well-plugging materials and development of plugging material formulations; —Services using downhole equipment; —Servicing and engineering support for downhole and packer equipment —

In 2011, the old equipment fleet was replaced by a new generation fleet.

At the beginning of 2013, two modern fleets of well cementing equipment comprising the RST-621A unit were purchased and brought into operation.

The company’s equipment fleet comprises 5 state-of-the-art well cementing fleets with UN-BS2 600x70, RST-621А units, slurry treatment units, API certified stationary laboratory for cement testing, and a mobile laboratory; both labs are fitted with equipment by CHANDLER, OFITE, Memmert, Matest, FANN; mobile storage for bulk materials.

The company’s equipment resources include:14 well cementing fleets (173 units of well plugging equipment); —Five of the above fleets have the following equipment: —double-pump cementing unit UNBS2 600x70; —

double-pump cementing unit RST-621A; —cement trucks CT-25; —mobile cement storage facility CT-40; —44 units of transportation and handling vehicles. —

During 2013 the program for fleet replacement and expansion up to 38 units will be implemented.

Kapitalny Remont Skvazhin-Service LLC (KRS-Service LLC) was established in 2001 after separation from Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz where it was an internal well workover depart-ment.

The company brought into use and is actively using modern lifting equipment with lifting ca-pacity of up to 80 ton, advanced equipment for emergency and fishing operations, and power swivels to accelerate bottomhole cleaning operations.

KRS-Service has extensive experience in well workovers and well servicing, as well as in enhanced oil recovery.

KRS-Service is certified for compliance with International Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2008.
