Sourcing Project management, KPI setting up and follow Supplier Qualify Delivery and Cost management Directly manage the regional country Leaders. Support CST in warranty recovery and other aftermarket supplier issues. Support the user Plant in COPQ recovery and other supplier-related issues.
RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES: Year to Year savings achieved -15% Technical and Administrative PPM of China suppliers improved to 30 Delivery precision and lead time achieved yearly improvement QPM Headcounts and spend. ISO 9001, 14001 and Supplier Evaluation VPS improvement of suppliers
