Our Region is full of talented managers and keeping them is essential for local companies. SEED Business School’s role is increasingly important in providing world class education, so these companies can develop their key people locally for much more attractive fees compared to the US and Western Europe.

The program has been a real eye opener for me in terms of how many leadership tools I can have and how to use them intentionally. It was a great realization how simple things can change the game and lead the organization to an enhanced performance.

6.63Would you recommend this program to a colleague?
I am more focused and more aware in all aspects of my work.
Due to the SEED Business Leadership Program I feel a lot more confident in my role as a leader.
I got a different perspective to my role in the business, an inspirational and igniting perspective.
I now save a lot of time by empowering more and controlling less.
Since the SEED course I am much more focused on sharing my time and duties in order to systematically deal with leadership activities.

I feel a great development due to the coaching sessions. I could bring those actual topics which I was struggling with and I always received a practical guidance which I started to apply. It worked! I changed a lot in managing my team and in communicating with them.
Coaching gives you the opportunity to discuss and eliminate your leadership weaknesses and fears in a controlled environment.
It helps me to keep a focus on what I committed myself to.
Opened my eyes for quite obvious things, that helped me to understand my behaviour.
Helps me understand personal situations, motives of others from a different angle.
My coach let me come to conclusions without telling me what to do.
I have been impressed how (without having much information about my work and team) my coach could ask the right questions to let me reflect on my thinking and behaviour. Very helpful. Our
