Presidents Board Report – November
The last month has been a whirlwind of events and fellowship. A great effort by members
to make themselves available for raffle ticket selling, delivering to DIK and organizing and
working for the race night. Great work everyone!
I will be absent from the 16th of November until the 9th of December. Bill has kindly agreed
to run the next meeting for me and attend the Presidents meeting. Much appreciated Bill. I
will unfortunately miss the raffle draw but I know it is in Geoff’s good hands.
Board Discussion:
DIK Payment - $3000 Rotary Health Payments for this half year. Muna – Will we sponser a student? Student End of the Year Awards – I have organized Mercy College awards $70 each for two students. Yarra Hills – to be confirmed Lilydale Heights – to be confirmed Youth Protection Policy – to be discussed. Meeting Format – Do we continue with the new format or return to dinner during the meeting? Do we need to start 15 minutes earlier to get all the business done? Delwyn Ellis Rotary Serving Community
