The Quad Coiler in Combination with theRosink Air Web Splitting
Unit (RAQSU-40)is used for the Production of CottonSwabs and Cotton
Balls.
The Rosink Air Web Splitting Unit is integrated in a Trützschler
Card (TC7H)and divides the Web into two or fourequal Sections. The
light Sliver is coiledby the Rosink Quad Can Coiler into 4cans Ø
24” x 48”. Various Control Systemsensure a perfect Sliver Evenness.
TheseSlivers can be fed directly into a CottonSwab or Cotton Ball
Machine.
