Celebrate Eight Nights of Chanukah with traditional music, treats and the nightly lighting of a 7-foot Menorah, located in the main lobby.

Join us for this community event featuring indoor/outdoor activities and local performances! �e entire family will enjoy this fun-�lled day of music, carnival games, bounce houses, photo booth, traditional food and much more. Participate in breaking the world record for spinning dreidels! Watch the “Battle of the Rosen Hotels & Resorts Chefs Latke Cook-o�.” Festivities will begin in our Grand Ballroom.

BREAKFAST AND GIFT EVENT WITH SANTASaturdays, December 7, 14 & 21, 8:30 - 10:30am

Join us at Café Matisse for breakfast with Santa and his elves. A�er breakfast, children choose a gi� from Santa to be wrapped (wrapping station, paper provided). *Adult supervision is required. One gi� is includedwith purchase of each child or adult breakfast bu�et.

ROSEN HOTEL HOLIDAY KICKOFF EVENTThursday, December 5, 6 - 9pm

�e beautifully adorned courtyard will be transformed by the sights and sounds of Christmas, complete with real falling snow and carolers. �e evening, hosted by Mr. Rosen, will start with the o�cial lighting of the tree, followed by fun festivities including a DJ, photo booth, holiday karaoke, and special appearances from Santa and other Christmas characters.

LETTERS TO SANTADecember 9 - 19

A special writing area, complete with North Pole mailbox, will be placed in the lobby at select Rosen Hotels & Resorts for children to write letters to Santa. Once weekly, Santa’s Elf will collect the letters and spread holiday cheer with a sing-along and storytelling.

Christmas stories will be ready each week by celebrity guests to bene�t CCI. On December 8th, Retro Rad Food Network Star Finalist, Emily Ellyn, will be telling stories and Decorating Super Cute Cookies. And on December 15th, Fred Schneider of the B-52s will do a special reading of "Sassafrass Jones and the Search for a Forever Home." �e book will also be available for purchase, with proceeds to bene�t CCI.

Step back into the 1960’s for our 2nd annual “Mad Men” holiday. And Saturday, tap your toes to a variety of ballet, tap and contemporary holiday dances performed by Miriam and Val’s School of Dance and �e Sanford Soda Pops.

Join us on the Osceola Courtyard for live holiday karaoke next to the 25-foot Christmas tree. *Cash bar available.

2ND ANNUAL WINTER WONDERLAND FESTIVALFridays & Saturdays, December 13, 14, 20 & 21,6:30 - 9:30pm

�e hotel grounds will be transformed into a winter wonderland complete with gently falling snow, holiday carolers, the Shingle Creek Express train, a beautifully decorated 25-foot Christmas tree, storytelling with Mrs. Claus, holiday movies, karaoke and appearances from winter characters such as �e Sugar Plum Fairy, Santa and the �rst ever “Live Remote Controlled Toys.” Take a picture with the Rosen Reindeer, sent straight from the North Pole. Reindeer do exist at Rosen Shingle Creek. Followed by a family dinner bu�et at Café Osceola. *All activities require tickets, including food sales, cash bar, merchandise, etc.

EUROPEAN WINTER FAIRSundays, December 15 & 22, 6:30 - 9:30pm

Take part in Rosen Shingle Creek’s newest family event, featuring a European gi� mart and culinary cra�ing. Booths, displayed on the decorated outdoor patio, will o�er exquisite gi�s and cra�s, cocktails and food, ornament-making elves, cookie decorating with holiday characters, custom Christmas stockings, card making and more. Also, enjoy a Christmas Wagon ride during the gi� mart, complete with costumed driver, and watch as carolers sing holiday favorites while strolling through falling snow.
