Whether age appropriate or an intergenerational setting, whattools do we use and what steps can we take to encouragefaith talk beyond the walls of the church building? We willdiscuss resources, both material and people, being used in ourown congregations and others. We will process and determineconcrete, realistic steps to take in our own settings toencourage faith talk in daily life between all ages. Participants

will be given opportunities to get to know one another and tell about theirown ministries in the context of how we walk alongside others and supportthem in their faith journey.

Debbie Streicher is Co-Director at MilestonesMinistry and serves as Past President of theChristian Education Network of the ELCA. Shehas coached and helped congregationsacross the country and in Australia developfaith formation programs for all ages in thecongregational setting for almost 30 years.Her background is in teaching language.Coupled with her passion for family ministry,she uses her knowledge and experiencelearned from teaching foreign languages to help parents,grandparents, and other adults understand the importance of dailyimmersion in the language of faith. Her vision is to involve all ages infaith formation, strengthen family relationships through Spiritualgrowth, and empower God given gifts to do ministry.
