dining staff at any time.
Joke of the Month Answer:
“Because it was full of cheetahs!”

Just a Reminder! The cable boxes in your room need to stay in your apartment if you move out. They belong to that apartment. Thank you.
Room Thermostats Instructional Here are some quick tips from the maintenance team about the
thermostats in your apartments.
No need to worry
about these buttons.
They are only
things maintenance
would program.
Increase
Temperature
Fan:
On = the fan runs all the time. This can feel cold even when heat is on.
Auto = Turns on/off on own as needed to keep the temperature regulated
Decrease
Temperature
System: Cool = air -conditioning. Use in
warmer months. Heat = Use in colder months.
Try not to change these until seasons change. If cold or hot in your rooms uses the temperature
increase/decrease to regulate.
Fall is on its way!
Can you believe that our summer is already coming to a close? We have had some great weather this season and some truly beautiful days. Not to worry, we have some fun things ahead for us from
getting our mums planted out front to a Jungle themed dinner, and so much more. As a reminder, please continue with putting your “I’m
Okay” sign out each morning so that we know you are safe and if you need any assistance from maintenance to file a
work order at the front desk. I am looking forward to another great month at
Lakeshore with all of you. Sincerely,
Shannon East Executive Director
