Johannes Brahms

Johannes was born May 7, 1833 in Hamburg, Germany. 

He's a German composer often referred as the "successor of Beethoven" 

He's also a pianist, and his first music lessons were taught by his father.

One major influence on Brahms is Beethoven. Brahms even had a marble bust of Beethoven looked down on Brahms as composed. 

He wrote four symphonies, and all of them were masterpieces. • Two piano concertos• One Violin concerto•  One Double concert

(for cello and violin)• One choral work

Brahm's Death

Brahm's died April 3, 1897. When he died he had been ill for a long time. He had suffered from jaundice, but the cure for it was ineffective. The disease later developed into cancer of the liver.

Carl Maria von Weber

Carl was born November 18, 1786 near Lubeck, Germany.

Carl was a composer, conductor, pianist, guitarist, and a critic. He was a very busy man.

Mr. Weber was also a significant composer of the Romantic School.

Weber's Death

Weber died June 5, 1826. Weber was already suffering from tuberculosis. He died in London at Sir George Thomas's house.
