ROLLER COAT

Made up of quartz, calcite, special fungicides, high performance acrylic copolymers & other additives that adds to its durability. Roller coat is said to be the most widely used texture coating for exteriors and interiors. It gives a three-dimensional orange peel effect on walls, available in a wide range of eye-catching colors. SURFACE REQUIRED: - Cemented plaster, wood ply, gysp board, asbestos sheets and all absorbent surfaces.

‘LUXTURE’S ROLLER COAT’ is a water- repellent coating that offers outstanding resistance and vapor permeability properties. Formulated with quartz power with a maximum grain size of 0.3 mm. It allows to achieve several decorative finishes such as cloudy, silky, orange peel. The product contains acrylic polymer & special biocides in water dispersion, which guarantee excellent resistance to climatic Condition, leave unaltered the transpiration of the surface, and prevent the development of moulds and algae. Furthermore, the product is resistant to acids and frost haw cycles. Thanks to its waterproofing properties ROLLER COAT keeps the masonry always dry and improves energy saving; it also assures the best hygienic conditions and house comfort. It can be used as finish coat both on high- diffusion plasters and on all wall surfaces. For its special characteristic, the product is a recommended above all for prestige buildings and for the refurbishment of old town areas. It is odorless, non-flammable and environmentally friendly.

SURFACE PREPARATION The surfaces must be completely dry and mature, new plaster must be mature at least 30days in order to consent the carbonization process. Clean the surfaces to be decorated and remove loose or flaking materials. In case of new plasters, make sure the substrate is thoroughly dry. In case of restoration works Rectify large water infiltration or leaks. Allow the wall to dry, use luxture’s Cemplast for patch repairing & Luxture’s x- guard primer. Allow the primer to dry for 12 hours then apply the finishing products.

Application method Orange peel finishes; apply a single coat of ROLLER COAT with 10% dilution of drinkable water, by using the special medium – grain sponge roller to achieve the desired finish.
