OBJECTIVE
Design and Engineering Management are the areas that interest me. I would like to be associated with aprogressive organization which can provide me with a dynamic work sphere to extract my inherent skills. My focus has always been on learning, applying the learning and problem solving. I would like to grow with an organization where I can enhance both my technical and management skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Engineer at Eaton India Engineering Center, Pune (1 August 2014 to present)
o Role & Responsibility: Determining the structural integrity of Eaton Vehicle and Aerospace components by
performing Finite Element Structural Analysis. Providing possible design solutions on time with in depth presentations and reports. Experience in analysis of Fuel Emission & Power Control components, Aerospace
Hydraulic Components and Superchargers which involve non-linearities from materials, geometry and contact aspects.
DFSS Green Belt Certified from Eaton University with demonstration on Aerospace project resulting in the design optimization of a key location.
Taking lead in developing Technology Roadmaps in M&SCoE. Currently working on Model Simplification Techniques to reduce analysis time.
Actively taking part in holding team building and bonding activities though Fun@Work events and Knowledge Sharing Sessions.

BAJA SAE 2010 National level competition that involves design, engineering, planning, manufacturing,
marketing and racing an All-Terrain Vehicle. Acted as a part of purchase and manufacturing team. Responsibility included communication and coordination between design and
manufacturing team, procurement and documentation of bill of materials.
Design for Range Augmentation of DAVI four roller Rolling Machine Company Name : Mather and Platts Pumps Ltd. Problem was the undesirable bending of thin sheets of steel due to self-weight during
Rolling Operation. Design of the Support System was done and proposed for manufacturing to the company.
