The aim of the Centre is to complement and enhance the teaching of music, dance and drama, in Solihull by creating opportunities for instrumentalists and singers to take part in a variety of ensembles, according to their ability. Rock and Pop Nights
These nights are organised to give any performer or band the opportunity to perform to a live audience. They are open to all schools within the borough. These nights take place at various Solihull Venues and features between 6 -10 bands per concert. They are fantastic evenings of live music and both performers and audience alike get a real 'buzz' from being part of it! Solihull @ the Cavern Club Monday 13th March 2017...This day marks Solihull Music Services’ annual pilgrimage to The Cavern Club where students, aged between 12 and 18 years old, perform 20-
minute sets of their own material on the world famous Cavern Club stage. Solihull Music Services works in partnership with pupils and schools to provide equipment and opportunities for music making. This will be celebrating the Cavern’s 60th Birthday and we are glad to be part of it. Bands invited to perform will be selected on merit
