IMPORT AND EXPORT ROBOT PROGRAMS
Robotics Offline Programmer, an add-on to the robot simulation roles, provides an interactive 3D environment where robot programmers can create production ready robot programs. It provides a comprehensive set of tools to import and export robot programs. Robot programmers can offline program multiple robots from several manufacturers and validate robot specific syntax for applications such as material handling, spot and arc welding and painting.

IMPROVED COLLABORATION BETWEEN ROBOT PROGRAMMERS AND PRODUCT OR TOOL DESIGNERSBased on the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform, Robotics Offline Programmer supports collaboration throughout the extended enterprise. Powerful lifecycle and change management capabilities streamline the business process and improve the overall quality of work.
EARLY DISCOVERY AND RESOLUTION OF DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING (DFM) ISSUESRobot task feasibility studies can be performed early in the planning and detailing stages, reducing the cost of rework generated by product and tooling changes.
IMPORT, EXPORT, AND CUSTOMIZATION OF PROGRAMS USING VB.NET Robotics Offline Programmer uses VB Net for robot program translation. Customers and third-party vendors can import or export robot native-language programs and easily adapt translators to custom requirements. They can create programs offline without affecting production and revenue. ROL provides translators for Fanuc RJ/TPE; Motoman/Yaskawa; Nachi; Kawasaki; Panasonic; Daihen; ABB RAPID S4C/S4C+; C5; Kuka, and Durr.
SUPPORTS ADVANCED LOGIC AND I/O IN DEVICE PROGRAMSRobotics Offline Programmer allows users to create input and output signals between robots and other devices. Input and output ports can also be easily created from an external file. ROL also provides advanced logic programming instructions through its easy-to-use interface. These logic commands let the user insert conditional statements (if-then-else) and looping statements into the robot task which can then be downloaded to the robot.
ALIGN 3D VIRTUAL WORKCELLS WITH PHYSICAL WORKCELLSRobotics Offline Programmer allows robot programmers to calibrate workcell layouts to match the physical layout on the shop floor. This essential capability helps programmers to deliver accurate, production-ready robot programs to the shop floor. It eliminates the need to manually modify the robot’s taught positions, saving both time and effort.
