GLOBAL Automation Technologies was founded in 2009 as an engineering services company, for the needs of robotic manufacturers. By 2014, our business had expanded to include OEM manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers in Automotive and non-automotive industries.

In 2016, we opened up a subsidiary in South Africa to meet the needs of the

automative industry in that region. In 2017 we opened up an office in Singapore to support training, service and support needs in metal finishing and paint finishing industries.

Also in 2017, we became an exclusive Authorized System Integrator for FANUC America Corporation at a Tier 1 level.

Growth does not happen overnight. Over the course of 9 years, our 40+ engineers have improved their skill sets by completing a variety of robotic application projects with our customers. Our engineers have used past and current projects to draw parallels for our customer specific solutions.

Since our founding, we have helped our customers with over 100+ projects of varying complexity and applications. We involve our Mechanical Engineers and Robot Process Engineers in the reach studies to determine the best robot selection and system configuration, prior to the customer placing an order. This allows our customers a virtual 3D modeling on the process design of our offering to address the specific concerns and needs of our customers.

We have strategic alliances with various companies for utilizing the most appropriate application equipment needed for the intended purposes with our customer demands.

Global are a highly trained staff of engineers and technicians dedicated to FANUC products. We have experience in creating training material for customers and have provided maintenance and spare parts documentation for Maximo, TEM and WCM systems that our OEM’s require.

After installation of your robotic system, our service staff provide troubleshooting assistance, spare parts, general maintenance and preventative maintenance based on a recommended schedule. Should you require programming changes after installation, our engineering staff is positioned to effectively meet your requirements. Turnkey automation suppliers augment their engineering staffs by using Global resources to supplement their staff. We have worked with automation companies in the USA, Germany, South Africa, India and Asia, supporting their engineering efforts. Typically the work effort will focus on cell integration (modular build) at their facility to the final commissioning of the equipment at the end-customer’s shop-floor.

The automation / robotic industry growth has exceeded the engineering staffs of many companies. Global has positioned itself to provide the critical technical staff to help our customers with projects or specific requirements. Coupled with our industry knowledge and extensive candidate networks, ensures that we efficiently provide quality candidates that meet the specification.
