Relocated over 700 Sydney CBD bank staff over 3-month period including IT and related services. Achieved relocations for high profile bank business units with high uptime needs within timeframe.

Innovation. Developed methodology to facilitate the relocation of users’ IT, fax, internet and telephony services to the new locations. Redefined EDS’ project support methodology and support model, for onsite day 1 support post relocations.

CBA / Colonial Bank Transformation & Integration (2000-2001):

Led a successful high profile technology and systems transformation and integration (mainframe and midrange systems) supplementing the merger of the CBA and Colonial Banks.

Migrated $1Bill systems and customer records and databases from IBM GSA to EDS Burwood without incident or data loss and within strict timeframe. Merger of mainframe and midrange systems of two entities seamlessly merged into the CBA centrally managed IT data center, for Australia and New Zealand business.
