Alina Georgescu // Investment Analyst, Catalyst Romania Alina is in charge of the screening of Romanian and other Central and Eastern European markets for

Cristina Chiriac // President, National Confederation for Female Entrepreneur-ship (CONAF)The need for an entrepreneurial culture adapted to the new trends in business and not just for female entrepreneurship, but also for the entire entrepreneurial environment drove Cristina Chiriac to found the first National Confederation for Female Entrepreneurship in Romania. Besides that, Cristina is an experienced entrepreneur, with experience as a General Manager at the Wolrd Trade Center, and a Mentor for STARTUP NOW!, where she allows the future entrepre-neur to access information, answers questions and helps them to stimulate critical thinking, analytical capability and problem solving ability. Cristina is also a Lecturer at the School of Entrepreneurship.

Ciprian Negura // Senior Manager, KPMGCiprian is a senior professional with +20 yrs. of experience in Telecommunications, Manage-ment Consulting and Start-Ups & Innovation. For the last 9 years he has been working for the Management Consulting practice of KPMG in Romania advising the largest local telecom oper-ators in taking strategic business decisions. In his role Ciprian acts as a business partner to senior executive leadership teams advising them on several areas: business and corporate strat-egy, business/operational models (re)designs, development of internal capabilities and perfor-mance assessment, product & portfolio management, customer experience & front-office processes, program & project management.

Ciprian is also an active member of several business communities in Romania and often engag-es with Innovation Hubs and Business Accelerators/Incubators as a member of decision boards or mentoring Start-ups.”

Jorge Muñoz // Marketing Director, EYIFJorge has a strong background in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations having worked in different European countries such as the UK, France, Belgium and Spain. He is the current Director for Marketing and Communications at Unmanned Life, Jorge was a Key Account Man-ager at one of the world leading advertising agencies, Saatchi & Saatchi, from Publicis Media Group, where he was responsible for key accounts across different B2C and B2B fields coordi-nating the work of different departments such as Art Direction, Design, Finance and Executive. He has managed multi-million euro and international campaigns for top Brands such as Nestlé, Nespresso, Perrier, San Pellegrino, Lexus, among others. He has successfully led the marketing and PR efforts for Unmanned Life, across three continents with high-visibility international campaigns in the UK during London Tech Week, in particular a demonstration at the Prime Minister´s residence, Spain during Mobile World Congress, Google´s led Startup Grind in the Silicon Valley and Dubai 10X project, to name a few.

He is also involved in the non-profit sector focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. As marketing director of EYIF He has designed and led the marketing campaign for the Women in Entrepreneurship Roadshow, a flagship event supported by the European Commission, US Gov-ernment, Amazon, Facebook and other European institutions. He is a official mentor and mar-keting lead of the Women in Entrepreneurship Roadshow 2019.

Mihai Draghici // EntrepreneurMihai Draghici is a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience turning ideas into prod-ucts and launching startups in several countries including Romania, USA, Canada, Mexico and India. He has founded over 20 companies that range from sole proprietorship in smaller local markets to several limited liability partnerships and corporations doing business around the world.

Oana Craioveanu // CEO and Co-founder, Impact Hub BucharestOana Craioveanu is the CEO and Co-founder of Impact Hub Bucharest, the first coworking space opened in Romania, in 2012. Impact Hub Bucharest is the organization that supports the development of entrepreneurial initiatives with positive impact through a coworking area, growth and incubation programs, conferences and events and a crowdfunding platform.

Oana has more than 18 years of experience in Project Management, is a mentor for startups supported by Impact Hub and is the co-creator of the international conference Innoteque. She is also one of the participants of the renowned program Aspen Young Leaders 2012.

Virginia Oțel // President, PWNVirginia Oțel is a senior executive with more then 20 years experience in the financial sector inRomania, She has served in management boards and board of directors of financial institutions she worked for. Ms. Otel has been working since the end of 2006 within Garanti Group Romania, currently holding the positions of Deputy General Manager of Garanti Leasing and Communi-cation Leader of Garanti Group Romania. Her professional course included Unicredit Bank Romania, Demir Securities, and Romanian-American Enterprise Fund. In 1994, she was visiting faculty member at Hamline University din St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

Virginia joined the Professional Women’s Network (PWN) Romania in November 2011, being involved in the “Mentorship” and “Women on Boards” pillars developed by the association. She became Vice President “Women on Boards” in April 2014 and was elected President of PWN Romania in April 2016. She was re-elected as President of PWN Romania for a new mandate in April 2018. Since February 2013, Virginia has become a member of the Romanian Business Lead-ers Foundation, currently being the Co-Leader of the “Mentoria” project, dedicated to business mentoring of young entrepreneurs.

Simona Sandru // President and Founder @Global Women in Tech & Projects Director @PentalogSimona Sandru is the President and Founder of Global Women in Tech, an organisation sup-porting the educational and professional development of women in STEM. She joined Pentalog, the European IT engineering and consulting services leader, as Projects Director being respon-sible for the management of the IT projects at international level. Simona Sandru holds an MBA degree awarded by the University of Wales and an MSc in Marketing.

Cristiana Dutca // Director of Operations @SelfKey and StartITup Program Manager @GWiTCristiana Dutca specializes in operations management for international tech startups.Over the course of 10 years she acted as COO for several global tech companies established inEurope, USA or Asia. She worked closely with founders and CEOs to build strong systems andstructures which scale as well as building talent teams and developing a strong companyculture.Cristiana is currently Director of Operations at SelfKey.org, a blockchain based, descentalizedidentity management solution.Driven by the desire to support women lead entrepreneurial initiatives in Romania, as of 2018Cristiana joined Global Women in Tech as startup Program Manager.
