Step 1: Remove water pump pulley, discard bolts and save pulley.

Step 2: Remove water pump bolts and front cover bolt located in the 8:00 position.

Step3: Using channel locks, remove plastic cap on the center of the water pump to expose machined surface.

Step 4: Using (4) M8 x 90 bolts and (4) 1.25” spacers, install large bracket as shown.

Step 5: The next step requires the small billet bracket, power steering pump, (2) M8 x 90 bolts, and (1) M8 x 25.

Step 6: Bolt the power steering pump to the large bracket, but leave the bolts hand tight.

Step 7: Remove the bushing from the A/C compressor earmarked D, using a punch or vise grips.

Step 8: Install the A/C compressor using (1) M8 x 25, (1) M10 x 30 and (1) M8 x 25 socket head bolts. The supplied .150” spacer goes between ear “D” on the A/C compressor and large bracket. *The M10 x 30 goes in from the backside of the compressor.

Step 9: Tighten all the bolts holding the P/S and A/C compressor

Step 10: Attach the Turn Key accessory pulley, and the factory water pump pulley to the water pump itself using (4) M8 X 45 socket head bolts.

*TIP! Bolt pulley’s on using 2 or 3 bolts so you can align then visually through the holes

Step 11: Install the tensioner using supplied spacer and M10 x 80 bolt. The alignment pin goes in the hole closest to the balancer.

Step 12: Attach supplied power steering pressure fitting

Step 13: Attach 2.25” Hex spacer to stud located on passenger side cylinder head.

Step 14: Attach the hose, hose clamps, and bracket to the power steering reservoir.

Step 15: Slip hose onto power steering pump, and attach the bracket to the spacer using M8 x 20 socket head bolt.

Step 16: Attach the reservoir bracket to the cylinder head using the 3” hex spacer and M8 x 90 socket head bolt.

Step 17: Tighten hose clamps and affix the power steering reservoir cap.

Step 18: Install the power steering pulley using the kit provided. Use a small amount of anti-seize on the inner diameter of the power steering pulley. Install pulley to align with the rest of the pulley’s. IMPORTANT! Do not over tighten the pulley, or you will not be able to get the power steering line on!!!

Step 18: Install belt and A/C cover.

***If you are having clearance issues with the factory radiator hose we recommend using a Gates radiator hose. Part number 23404.
