without additional compensation, except those expressly
authorize by the Commission.
The personnel concerned shall secure clearance from money,
property and
all
accountabilities
from their former station/s within 30 days from receipt
of
this Order without prejudice to their immediate
assumption in their new assignments.
The Regional Director, COA Regional Office No. V shall supervise
the proper implementation
of his Order.
