75 miRs showed variation across NL(PB) and SL(PB) Out of these 75 miRs, 33 miRs, 51 miRs and 39 miRs were expressed in NL (PK), SL (PK) and SR(PK) respectively 10 miRs are expressed in response to both biotic and abiotic stresses 79 novel sequences validated
