Place scrolled frame alonga corner of 3x3 alteredblank canvas. Use a blackultra-fine tip Sharpie totrace the outside border offrame.

Use Metal Shears to cutthe shape of scrolledframe traced on blankcanvas.

Clip off the sharp cornersof blank with MetalShears.

Round out and smoothrough edges with MetalFile.3 4

Once you have determinedthe design area, place theblank face up on theDecoEmboss die. Closethe die on top of the blank.

Place the die between theclear plates on top of thesolo shim and platform.Crank it through themachine one time.

Blend small amounts of jadeand moss patina over an agatebase. Apply moss to edges,dabbing to create a mottledlook. Use a Heat It Craft Toolto dry patina. Use dark grayside of the Metal ReliefingBlock to highlight the raisedareas of blank.

Dispense a 1 part earth patinato 4 parts glaze onto non-stickcraft sheet. Use dry paintbrushto mix patina and glaze. Applyglaze mixture over embossedblank, allowing mixture to poolup more along edges to createa distressed look. Allow tocompletely dry.

Use 1.5mm Hole PunchPliers to add holes to eachcorner of scrolled frame.Punch holes through thehollow back side.

Line up frame over blank. Use Sharpie to mark holes onblank through previous holesmade in corners of frame.

Use 1.5mm HolePunch Pliers to addholes in blank overmarkings.

Place Steel Bench Block on top of the Rubber Dampening Block. Insert 1/4 nail headrivets through back of blank and frame.Place the stacked pieces onto the SteelBlock. While firmly holding the piecesdown, use a Flush Cutter to trim therivet to approx. 1/16th of an inch abovethe frame.

While still firmly holding the pieces in place, use the round end of a 4ozBall Pein Hammer to mushroomout the trimmed rivet. The tip ofthe rivet should be spread over thehole. Continue by striking the rivetwith the flat side of the Ball Peinhammer until flat.
