Shaul C. Greenwald, Esq.

Chief Executive Officer

As Riverside’s CEO, Shaul C. Greenwald, Esq., an alumnus of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, serves as both visionary and executor of Riverside’s incredible growth.

Following an initial foray into the title profession as a title processor and escrow officer at LTA Title, Shaul assumed the roles of Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Operations at Saxony Title Services, LLC. Combining management and legal experience with title expertise, Shaul presided over the nascent company’s growth, doubling business volume over the course of one year to 1.5 million dollars in gross sales.

In February 2009, Shaul joined Riverside Abstract as CEO. Since then, Riverside has become a major force in the title industry. Under Shaul’s leadership, Riverside continues to grow and has closed well over $10 billion dollars in transactions in 2013 and 2014. Riverside Abstract currently has approximately $100mm in escrow between our title company and our 1031 exchange division and work in various capacities with many of the most prestigious investors, owners, lenders and law firms.

Shaul is currently admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Conecticuit, Gorgeia and North Carolina, and personally licensed as a title providor in 34 states.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Touro College’s pre-med program, Yoel attended Fordham University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in May 2003. He was admitted as a member of the New York & New Jersey Bar, as well as the Patent Bar in early 2004.

Following his internship at the King’s County District Attorney’s office, Yoel joined the prestigious law firm of Fish and Neave, LLP as a patent attorney.

Drawing on his medical background as well as his experience in patent law, Yoel worked in patent litigation, representing numerous large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Yoel has fostered many deep relationships with bankers, brokerages and underwriters. Riverside is one of only a handful of New York agencies which underwrites with most of the major national underwriters including: Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
