Technical Overview

●We maintain the best quality system in the industry and it is designed to provide an ‘ l ’ i ith d ti t f i t (thi l d‘always-on’ service with no down-time or customer facing outages (this excludes scheduled upgrades and planned maintenance.

●Our multiple bridges are carrier-grade, fully redundant systems that contain hot-swappable telecom cards hard drives and other mission critical components Furtherswappable telecom cards, hard drives and other mission critical components. Further, the hardware design features an independent customer database system to ensure the most reliable conferencing platform available.
