River Walk Board Meeting Agenda

2. Committee Reports
Architecture – Bob Harley I just want to thank everyone for being so diligent in getting architectural applications to me in a timely
manner. I also want to remind everyone that if they do anything of a permanent nature on the outside of their homes or yards they must send in an architectural application. The application can be found on the River Walk website in the resident’s only section.
The following projects were approved in May 2018:
337 Parkside Drive Repair and/or replace rotted wood, paint/stain new wood, landscape maintenance
1013 River Walk Dr Replace windows
211 River Walk Blvd Install fire pit in back yard
105 Maple Brook Court Install swingset in back yard. 103 Laurel Oak Trail Replace windows with vinyl windows and paint trim
104 River Walk Drive Install wooden fence
1 Hidden Oak Terrace Update landscaping; extend concrete driveway; move large plants to create screen for trashcans
11 Deer Track Road Paint house
223 River Walk Blvd
Glass in screened porch on back of house with double hung windows and a French door.
Compliance – Tom Mulcahy o All open compliance issues have been addressed, corrections made, or pending
resolution (3). o One new complaint was submitted 6-2-18 that has been addressed in the past but
appears to be an annual issue. Would like to discuss at the board meeting to devise a plan of action.
Clubhouse – Kristen DiBattista/Leslie Donahue o No new business
Grounds – Bruce Johnson

o The 2018 swim season is off to a good start. Our first meet at Woody Creek was canceled due to thunderstorms. We have rescheduled that meet for June 19th. We have our first home meet on June 7th and our last home meet on June 14th.
Tennis – Kelly Hesketh o Tennis: Reminder email to residents to sign up for a court to ensure you get to
play on the court you would like. No new business.
