Fiber Work :-

Responsible for End to End Project Management for Fiber construction Rollout of 250 KM activities in Mehsana & Palanpur Cluster. Responsible for ensuring overall project deployment is as per the quality standards, Managing vendors, Permission from Local Authorities Trenching work (Conventional & HDD), Ducting, DIT, OFC Blowing and Splicing for Ribbon & single Fiber.

Responsible for Team Planning, Team Movement, Coordinate with my teams to complete sites in given timeline.

Coordinating with the commercial department for invoicing. Knowledge of HDD, Trenching, DIT, Blowing, etc. Handle all equipment like- Splice Machine. OTDR, LSPM. All ITP filling, DPR, As-built, GIS

updating.

Mast Work :-

Deployment of all type mast like GBT, GBM, RTT, RTP. Handling Electrical Work, civil work, Erection etc.

In Electrical Work; Installation & Commissioning of Utility like SMPS, Battery Bank, PDU, and FAS.

To coordinate for liaising work of getting Power with local Gov. Body for Mast and tower. To be check Quality for Mast & Fiber work.
