Risk Management and Risk Analysis In preparation for the project execution, the first problem that the team encountered is how we will make funds. It is hard to make solicitations to people we don’t know. We tried asking the churches to help us raise funds by doing collections but we ran out of time and the church doesn’t approve our requests, and so the team finds another way to collect funds. Eventually, the team gathered funds through donations from relatives. The second problem that we encounter is that we lost two boxes of powdered milk for the babies. Maybe it is because of tiredness from the four-hour trip to tagaytay that’s why we forgot to check the things that we are carrying. No one in the group noticed that it was missing until we started packing the things that we needed for the project. Maybe we forgot the boxes on the bus or on the tricycle that we rode. For us to be able to solve this problem, the team decided to buy another one using the excess funds that we have, because these are one of the important things that we need to give to the children of the orphanage. The last problem that the team encountered is about managing the kids. The team was shocked with the kids because they are all hyper-active. It was quite hard to catch their attention, to settle down, and to listen to you. We cannot start the program in order because the kids are always roaming around. We need to entice them with toys and candies to catch their attention. We do not get to follow our planned program especially the games. We need to replace some games so the kids could easily understand and follow, and from where we can ensure their safety because it was like the kids were on a riot. The team becomes more patience and understanding to manage these special kids. Although we’re all tired we still show them our happy faces.
