Activity orSituation: Filming interview with Subway store manager Dave Jones and cut aways. Also filming establishing shots from the outside and vox pops.

We will need to carry the camera equipment (camera and tripod) to the destination.

Crew members will be carrying equipment, risk of damaging equipment or causing strain to crew member.

Crew members could get harmed in traffic, especially if it is due to a driving error as that is out of their hands.

May fall if carrying equipment up and down stairs –restricted view.

May be effected by weather conditions, possible harm to equipment.

Electricals could be dangerous if faulty.

Be careful when carrying camera equipment and be aware of surroundings. Also don’t carry more than you can handle.

Being cautious around traffic and sensible behaviour when near traffic.

Don’t carry more than you can handle whilst going up and down stairs, make sure that stairs are clear.

Re-organise interview if weather conditions are harmful.

Check all electrical equipment before use.

Share the amount of carrying between the group (swap halfway to and from the destination). Stop to rest if you need to.

Use basic road safety (using traffic lights etc) and stay alert.

Get people to keep the stairways clear whilst moving equipment up and down.

Look at the weather before hand and make sure that there are no weather warnings.

Double check all electrical equipment, if anything is found faulty, fix or dispose of straight away.

If health and safety regulations are not followed it could cause harm to the cast and crew as well as the Dominos store itself.

May be effected by weather conditions, possible harm to equipment.

Possibility of motor vehicle accident.

Electricals could be dangerous if faulty.

You have to follow health and safety regulations by law.

Re-organise interview if weather conditions are harmful.

Ensure you are in a reliable and safe vehicle, taking the proper legal precautions (valid driving licence, wearing a seatbelt etc).

We must respect and follow all health and safety regulations for our own safety and the safety of those around us.
