Old Structured building could be a risk due to the floorboards being possibly unstable as the last renewal of the building was in 1975. An actor or one of the crew members may trip and possibly hurt themselves by tripping over this.

We will fully assess the area in which the cast and crew are to go and we will not allow filming in any areas which pose this risk when filming the scenes.

Candles could fall and cause a fire in the wooden building, causing either the crew and cast to get hurt and also members of the public.

We will place glass covers over the candles if we are unable to find electric candles to use.

Activity Title:* Actor walking along the woodland path.

Activity Description: The actor will walk slowly along the woodland path through many tree stumps and other obsticles.

The Actor is at main risk due to walking directly on the path, however the crew are also at slight risk when walking to the location to film.

HazardsHow could someone become hurt or made ill

Control measuresHow are you going to prevent this from happening?

Unstable ground could cause tripping over and injury from the items on the floor.

Make sure that the Cast and Crew wear appropriate footwear and that the path is as clear as possible for the actor to walk.

If it has rained recently then the floor could become slippery and cause a fall or the breakage of trees above.

Make sure of the weather and grounds condition beforehand and pre- assess the conditions for the ground.
