Multi Sector Dividend Growth Portfolio

Montello Wealth Management is proud to present the Multi Sector Dividend Portfolio. This portfolio consists of 20-25 high

quality dividend yielding stocks that serve conservative investors who seek above average current income with relatively

modest market risk. In selecting candidates for this portfolio, we focus on well established companies which, in our opinion,

have low business and financial risk, attractive dividend yields and some measure of capital appreciation potential for

growth. Such investments generally include Utilities, Energy, Consumer Goods, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and

Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs); but they may also include shares of any company with a relative high current

distribution yield and low relative risk.

Portfolio Manager Insights: We constructed the Multi Sector Dividend Portfolio using companies from historically defensive sectors. We seek companies that demonstrate a strong balance sheet, growing cash flows, superior financial strength. Among companies that meet these criteria, we purchase stocks that are attractively priced. The result is a well diversified portfolio with a significantly higher dividend yield than the overall market. The portfolio specifically excludes non-dividend paying companies and will remove a company from the portfolio if the underlying fundamentals change. For years we have emphasized the importance of dividends in a portfolio for those contemplating or beginning retirement. Dividends are essential for those who are withdrawing from their retirement account or planning a sustainable non-accumulation strategy. This is particularly true now with interest rates so low that bond yields offer little income opportunities.

We are quite proud of the results achieved in the Multi Sector Dividend Portfolio What are the Risks? Value securities may not increase in price as anticipated or may decline

Further in value. While smaller and midsized companies may offer substantial opportunities for capital growth, they involve heightened risk and should be considered speculative.
