Rising 5 th Grade - Summer Math Work Use IXL Fourth Grade Tab To get started on a home computer, please follow these easy steps: 1. Go to https://www.IXL.com/signin/ccacougars 2. Log in (fields to log in are at the top of the webpage) 3. Enter the assigned username and password and select the arrow. (Note: Log in information for each child was sent to the primary parent’s email address on file in ParentsWeb). 4. Use the chart above to complete the summer math assignments for your grade level. 5. Navigate to your level and section. Only move to a new section when you have reached, at least, an 80% Smart Score. Once you reach 80% in one section, move to another section. 6. To start the school year, all students will take a review assessment based on the IXL summer exercises. If a student scores below an 80%, the student will attend Friday Study Hall in place of recess for four weeks to work on assigned math concepts. This is to ensure a solid foundation for the current math year. To get started on a home computer, please follow these easy steps:

1. Go to https://www.IXL.com/signin/ccacougars

2. Log in (fields to log in are at the top of the webpage)

3. Enter the assigned username and password and select the arrow. (Note: Log in information for each

4. Use the chart above to complete the summer math assignments for your grade level.

5. Navigate to your level and section. Only move to a new section when you have reached, at
