Statistik Graduan, Mendapat Kerja dan Mengangur

Daripada pelbagai repot termasuk berita BERNAMA, Statistik UNESCO laporan dan juga laporan berita

dalam negeri daripada jabatan kerajaan didapati bahawa graduan Malaysia menganggur sebab kurangnya

skil profesional.

Anggaran graduan 1250000.

Setiap tahun graduan 370,000.

50% menganggur kerana kurang berupaya mencari dan berjaya dalam temuduga.

Isu penguasaan bahasa Inggeris adalah salah sebab utama kenapa graduan tidak dapat menjalankan

tugas dalam industri pada masa kini.

Tidak pasti tentang undang-undang buruh/labour law.

T7SR 7G DENGAN PANTAS MAMPU MENGELAKKAN ISU SEMASA GRADUAN

Jika buat latihan ini selepas mereka masuki Universiti maka prestasi pelajaran dan pencapaian

CGPA yang tinggi boleh dibuat.

Graduan mampu mempelajari Bahasa kedua iaitu Inggeris dengan lebih baik.

Berupaya mencabar diri dengan mengambil peluang pekerjaan yang ada walaupun ianya tidak

selari dengan izazah yang diperolehi,

Mengurangkan isi graduan menggangur tanpa kerja.

Mengurangkan isi social yang timbul daripada graduan yang mengangur seperti isi bankrupt dll.

Dalam jangkamasa panjang Malaysia mampu meningkatkan kedudukan Kolej dan Universiti yang

lebih baik.

Malaysia boleh dan upaya mencipta lebih ramai pakar bertaraf antarabangsa dan kurangkan

kerisauan pengaliran pakar keluar negara dari Malaysia.

Statistic of Graduate with job placement finding issue

Referring BERNAMA, UNESCO statistic reports and other source of information graduate could’nt able

search, find and obtain job not because not enough vacancy but because lake of several skills after

graduate. Some facts are as follow:

Estimated gradaute 1250000.

Yearly graduted by 370,000.

About 50% not find job because not sure how deal application and interview.

This issue due to graduate do not update on industry standard and employer pscyhology

Do not sure on employement act..

T7SR 7G CAN PROVIDE FASTEST AND WIDEST SOLUTION

If College University able organize this training before graduate such as 1st or 2nd year then student

able to obtain better CGPA.

Graduate can be better level of proficiency in 2nd languages such as English.

Able to challenge personally different job beyond matching qualification to match industry

evolution.

Reduce un-employment related issue .

Higher ranking for College & University.

Malaysia able to perform better in global university ranking!
