Reprinting an Incorrectly Printed Check

(Banking > Print Checks)

In this example, there are 3 checks to print from the Bank Account (Cash in Banks). Select a starting check # and

then select all 3 checks by hitting “select All” or select each line individually. See next page.

The Print Checks popup shows and you can now print the checks to the desired location. See next page.

When printing is finished, a “Reprint Checks?” popup shows. In this example, check 8000 and 8002 did not print

correctly. To reprint those checks, check the two lines and set a new starting check number for the reprinted

checks, then hit Reprint Now (or you can reprint later by selecting the “Reprint Later” button). See next page.

The Print Checks popup shows and you can now print the checks to the desired location. See next page.

The 2 reprinted checks look good. Now select the “Checks Printed Correctly” button and the screen closes. See

next page.

In the Find Payment list, you will now see all three checks and the check numbers are correct. End.
