RIICO’s existing portfolio has more than 95% exposure in Weaving (Fabric Production) out of total exposure in conventional textiles.

This provides RIICO adequate knowledge base to initiate financing technical textiles projects specially in Woven Fabric based Technical Textiles.

Easy availability of Polyester in the state of Rajasthan can provide for suitable locations to set up polyester based technical textile projects.

Availability of skilled manpower in the state in a particular segment of textile industry.

To finance commercial products and funding of research & development projects in technical textiles be left for VC funds.
