From the get-go, the staff were so kind, gracious and fun. The renovations weren’t complete when we booked but we knew it would look amazing, and indeed it did. Gail was so helpful advising on set-up and every room looked great. It was February and the fires were lit, so it was cosy too. Just discovering each beautiful space put a smile on guests’ faces. The chandeliers were a particular hit!
