Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for showing interest in our venue and really getting an understanding of the Ricoh Arena and our respective teams.

The Ricoh Arena is ideally located right in the heart of the Country, only 2.5 hours away from most motorway networks and with an impending railway station due to be completed on our doorstep. We have an international reputation for world class events, with 15,000 square metres of event space including a 6,000 square metre Jaguar Indoor Arena and an onsite hotel and casino.

A number of our existing clients have grown their businesses significantly overtime with us. We have worked with them and built great long term relationships with customer satisfaction being a high priority for us. The RICOH ARENA is unlike any other venue in the UK. A pioneer in the world of business, entertainment and sport.

This world-class destination in Coventry, has provided a catalyst for urban regeneration and economic development since it opened in 2005.

The Alan Edward Higgs Charity and Coventry City Council are joint venture partners and share ownership of the Ricoh Arena through the operating company Arena Coventry Limited, also known as ACL.

Home to Coventry City Football Club, the award winning venue has a mix of state-of-the-art conference, banqueting, exhibition, hotel, music and sports facilities. It has become a firm favourite in the UK for music promoters as well as business and sports event organisers.

There is over 20,000 sqm of space along with 2,000 onsite car parking bays, two restaurants, De Vere hotel and one of the UK’s largest casinos which is perfect for post-event entertainment.

The Ricoh Arena has 20,000 sqmof flexible space and combined this is known as the IEC (International Events Centre). We regularly host conferences and dinners for blue-chip clients such as Lloydspharmacy, E.ON, Boots and Whitbread.

We have over 80 versatile suites that can accommodate from 7 to 7,000 delegates, including a 6,000 sqm conference and exhibition hall. In addition we provide the ultimate solution to delegate accommodation with our onsite De Vere hotel.

Fans came from all corners of the globe to cheer on their teams during 12 matches in the London 2012 Olympic Football Tournament when we were the only Midlands venue chosen to stage live football action.

We also hosted England Under-21 internationals, Heineken Cup, EDF Energy Cup semi-finals, the FA Women’s Cup final, as well as being home of Coventry City Football Club.

Take That, Coldplay, Kings of Leon, Oasis, P!nk, Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and Red Hot Chili Peppers are amongst the world-class acts who have rocked the Ricoh in our 40,500 capacity stadium bowl.

In addition Scouting for Girls, Beverly Knight, The Specials, deadmau5, Radio 1 Live Extra, Britain’s Got Talent and The Enemy have all captivated thousands of fans in our impressive Jaguar Indoor Arena which has a standing capacity of 12,000.

Our more intimate Auditorium has a 650 seated and 750 standing capacity, has played host to The Risk, Hoosiers, Sally Morgan, Peppa Pig and comedians such as Dave Spikey.

ON OURDOORSTEP.

ShoppingCoventry has a large pedestrianised city centre hosting all your favourite high street stores.

Shopping areas include The Lower Precinct, West Orchards and Cathedral Lanes. Central Six Retail Park can be found just outside of the city centre off the Coventry Ring Road.

Buses run regularly from Tesco’s Arena Park into the city centre, and there are numerouscar parks situated in and around Coventry, all clearly signposted.

NightlifeThere are a selection of bars situated around Little Park Street and High Street near the Council House, including Yates, The Varsity, Newtz and Playwright’s.

Prague and Dogma have late licences and are 2 of the latest additions to Coventry’s nightlife scene. Both of these are located in Priory Square.

You will find the main nightlife located around The Skydome, which consists of a mixture of pubs and restaurants.
