    1Abstract

    -The aim of this report is to give update about the delivered service quali ty in NAAMA city.

    The Drive test has been performed on 18TH September 2013.

    The drive test data has been collected by using TEMS Investigation tool version 8.0.3 Mobileantennas and GPS External Antenna were mounted externally on the top of measurement

    - 90% of recorded samples were better than or equal to -80dBm in RxLev; which represents agood outdoor signal level.

    - 10% of recorded samples are between -80dBm and -90 dBm; which represents acceptablesignal level;

    As represented in figure 5:

    86% of the samples having RxQual better than or equal to [4], which representing a goodquality. While09% of the recorded samples are having RxQual of (4 to 6) which considered asacceptable quality, less than 05% has bad quality; RxQual is between [6 to 7].

    -90% of recorded samples having SQI were better or equal to 22, which means that we have agood speech quality.

    - 06% of recorded samples having SQI are between 16 and 22, which mean that we have anacceptable speech quality, less than 04% are between 16 and 0, which means that we have abad speech quality.

    4 Recommendations:

    To improve the service quality in this City it is recommended to:

    -Implant the new sites 45668, as soon as possible in this city to improve the coverageand reduce the congestion and to improve the throughput EDGE for the Subscribers ofmobiconnect.

    5 Conclusion

    By the application of these recommendations, the delivered service quali ty in Naama city can beimproved.
