» Vacant and under utilized land with overhead high voltage transmission lines
» Over grown vegetation
» Deteriorated fencing and gates
» Illegal dumping and trespassing
Property currently houses overhead transmission lines and is underutilized

› Proposed zoning and use is consistent and aligns with zoning classification of the abutting property to the east
► Non-Use Variances » Establishing 8’ screen wall along front yard facing 127th Avenue and an 8’ fence with vertical privacy slats
