OPERATIONS:

Richland Gac Ltd. is a sales and managing unit for garment Trims. In

addition Richland Gac Ltd. also boasts of wide and reliable Network of

factories (both specialist and general) .We have access to various

suppliers for all type of accessories of high quality. As a result we are

able to process all types of order in knit lace starting from procurement

of materials, Manufacturing to export of the finished garments.

WORK PROCEDURE:

Richland Gac Ltd. correspond with overseas buyers. Buyers

provide with either samples or specifications. We produce

counter samples for approval. After negotiations, the price

Richland Gac Ltd. make offers based on specified samples.

Offers come with the following information on samples.

SYSTEM OF QUALITY CONTRLING:

After placing the order we take the approval the samples (accessories) and after

receiving the L/C from our honorable buyer’s we go to production and there we provide

one Q.C specially for checking the quality of bulk goods and when the bulk production

of trims start then we provide one Q.C specially to check trims. And as per comments/

approval of PP /production then shipping samples Quality of the production to avoid

quality section’s problems, there is the quality manager who takes the regular positions

of the factory physically for this we can gain

to good quality trims and scheduled shipment.
