    We would like to provide you with this conditional offer of employment as a Production Team Member with GrenvilleCastings (2007) Ltd. Should you agree to the terms of this letter, your service, hire and seniority date with Grenville will remain thesame please note that this date is subject to changes for any periods of layoff, non-statutory leaves of absence, etc. For moredetailed information please refer to GCL Handbook.

    This offer of employment is conditional upon you accepting the terms of this letter.

    Should you agree, the following terms and conditions will be effective January 4, 2010:

    Your hourly rate will be $14.00 per hour. Your next increase, if any, will continue to the follow the Wage Schedule foundattached, as updated. Shift premiums are also detailed in the attached.

    You will be paid every 2 weeks and deducted the statutory Government deductions.

    You will be required to work at any Grenville Castings (2007) Ltd. Plant, on rotating 8-hour shift up to and possibly including12-hour shifts as directed, to a maximum of 48 hours per week, and on any day of the week. Hours of work in excess of 48 hours perweek (Sunday to Saturday) are completely voluntary.

    You will be eligible to participate in the companys profit sharing program.

    Vacation entitlement will follow policy for all Production Team Members.

    You are eligible for the Company Benefit Plan.

    Overtime threshold will be 44 hours per week for all employees. Vacation pay earned on overtime hours will be paid weeklywith your regular pay.

    Basic dental is 80% coverage with set maximum limits.

    Drug coverage is 80% for first $1000 incurred each year, then 100% for remaining claims. You will be eligible to have 24 hours bonus time for 2010. The company pays this in the form of paid time-off. You will berequired to take such time-off as directed.

    You are entitled to 8 hours of paid sick time per calendar year.

    Company DPSP will be suspended until further notice. The 2-year RRSP penalty for withdrawal of funds will be waived foremployees that need to withdraw funds until its re-instated.

    Should the company terminate your employment, you will only be entitled to the minimum notice of termination and severanpay set out in the Ontario Employment Standards Act. You will not be entitled to any further notice or severance above statutoryminimums.

    If you agree to the above, please sign this letter where indicated below and return it to your shift leader. This offer is valid untilDecember 24, 2009.
